with downloading my stock you agree on following rules:
• FAQ #217: What are "Stock Photos" and can I use "Stock Photos" in my submissions?
• My stock is free to use for all deviantart members. You do not need to ask permission to use it(1).
• you have to give credit and link back to mischstock, either it be by ~Mischstock or a link to the stock you used (3)
• you have to ask permission to use my stock in prints. this does not mean that it is hard to get permission.
I just want to know what you want to sell... it is kind of a piece of my own work too.(2)
• you do not have to ask permission to use my stock for making any contest entries. though all other rules still apply.
• I'd like to know when you have used my stock, a comment on the stock or a note referring to your artwork is needed(3), don't let me search for it in your gallery thanks. -do not comment me on the main page, thank you very much- this way I can check it, comment it, fav it,... just show my appreciation for using my stock
• I would like for you to fav the used stock or just leave a comment when it is downloaded, this way more people find their ways to my stock and can use it; though I can't keep you from doing otherwise and it really isn't a necessity either.
• you can only use the deviations that are clearly marked as stock... this contains 99% of this account's gallery; nothing of my main account can be used.
• redistributing one of my images, brushes, textures,... is strictly forbidden.
• minor changes (colour changes, contrasts, blurring, sharpening,...) aren't welcome, I can do the same post processing.(4)
• you cannot use my stock in any discriminatory or pornographic manner. You can however use it for dark and macabre artworks, deviations with strong opinions or political statements.
• surprise me... I love art and I really love to see all the creative things you can do with my stock.
(1) you need to ask permission before using it off site or for commercial use, given you are not simply planning on reposting my stock (either it be with minor changes or not), I am unlikely to say no, though you need to ask either way.
(2) this rule doesn't apply on brushes and textures. though you cannot redistribute them as if they were your own of course
(3) FAQ #81: How can I make links to other deviants, deviations, or websites?
(4) using my stock for tutorials or making other resources is allowed when I get credited for my work; all other rules and notes apply in those cases too

• I do take requests, though I cannot provide other photos of plants, animals or random places I have been, simply because I cannot go back in time.
• I have knowledge of photoshop, but my stock images aren't gone through any post processing. They are yours to use, I am just providing the original images.
